Dear Ruby, Hey sweetie!
I hope you’re doing well. Fall is here, even though, it is supposed to be like 90 degrees here today. I hope you’re enjoying this weather. Halloween is almost here, are you dressing up this year? What are you going as? I was hoping to be home by then but as usual the Illinois Supreme court didn’t post their opinion for any cases on the 8th like they were supposed to. Maybe in a few more weeks. It would be great to be home by Thanksgiving!
I should have known it wasn’t going to happen that day, I got a bad haircut the day before and I broke my partial plate so now my bottom teeth don’t fit right. Its OK though, I’m almost home no matter what. I can’t wait to see you, I gotta find some cool stuff to do with you in the winter months.
