Dear Ruby, Hey sweetie!
Hope you’re doing well. Thursday is Thanksgiving again already. I can’t believe how fast these years go by. Are you ready to eat all the food? What is your favorite thing to eat on Thanksgiving? Mine is probably pumpkin rolls like Grandma Babe makes, the ones I made in culinary class two years ago were good though, some say better. Lol
Honestly, my favorite part about Thanksgiving is putting up the Christmas tree after dinner listening to Christmas music and drinking cocoa. One day soon maybe you’ll be able to do that with me again.
Uncle Codie came home last week. I’m glad he is home. I don’t want anyone I care about to have to be somewhere like this. I’m having to be here long enough for all my friends and family. It is hard to believe I’m so close to coming home, just one foot in front of the other until then.
I miss you and love you, I hope to hear about you soon. And remember, God made you special and He loves you very much.
