Dear Ruby, Hey sweetie!
I pray you’re well and school is going good for you. I wanted to write this to you real quick, I’m super excited about it. We are having a softball tournament here and the teams are divided up by house and wing, so our team is 2B. I am the couch and I’m taking the role pretty serious, lol. We had our first game today and won handily. At one point we were up 24 to 1! Then, I made a roster change to allow some other guys a chance to try different positions. We won 28 to 20. I kept stats for our team and had a meeting afterwards to discuss what improvements need made. I’m having a lot of fun with this though, and using a lot of positive coaching and encouragement.
I sure wish I was home to do this kind of stuff in your life. I love you so much, Pie. I promise I’ll be such a great part of your life when I get home.
