Hey sweetie! I hope you had a great Turkey Day! Did you guys put up the tree afterwards? That was always one of my favorite things to do. Time for Christmas music!! Do you like Christmas music? When I come home maybe we can go caroling!
Today was ok, they fed us shredded turkey, real mashed potatoes and gravy, some stuffing, and corn, plus orange jello with oranges in it, and a frozen piece of pumpkin pie. We had gym in the afternoon and nothing the rest of the day so I’ll just lounge around and watch TV until I have to work tonight. Oh, I talked to mom, Andie, and Frankie on the phone. Frankie said they might come see me in a couple weeks, I like it when they come down, we get to hang out and it is almost like being home again. Something way more personal than just talking on the phone or messaging, you know? Hopefully within a few months I’ll be able to see you, or at least hear from you.
Did you get the Thanksgiving card? I thought it was really cute. I miss you pie, I hope you’ll forgive me for being gone this long and making poor choices. I promise when I get home, I’ll never get taken from you again.
