Good news, I’m no longer at Big Muddy. I am officially located in Jacksonville, Illinois. Kinda funny, Jackson @ Jacksonville, like it is my personal location. This place is so much better too, it is alot closer, there are not really any weirdos, I know a handful of the people here, I’ll be able to get alot more good time and get home sooner too! I am no longer sharing a room with one person, I’m sharing a dorm with nine! But if they fill it there can be twenty, yikes!! I’m on a bottom bunk for at least thirty days until I get moved to population. We get to move around a lot more and everyone has been pretty cool, staff doesn’t seem too bad either although I’m sure there will be some bad eggs. This is gonna be an even better environment for you to be able to visit. I put in to go to the law library so I can continue working on being able to see you.
I’ll tell you what, God really does work to help those that trust in Him. If I hadn’t had to go to Big Muddy or somewhere similar first, I might have been more apt to push limits and boundaries of the rules. Knowing now firsthand what I’ll have to go back to I value this place and the opportunities that much more. So, God has helped shape me to succeed here and get home sooner. I hope that you have been able to learn about Jesus and allow Him into your heart and know He is the Son of God and gave His life on the cross for your sins and was resurrected from the grave to overcome death. He is our shepard and will guide us of we look to Him.
